
Andrew and I were delighted with the conference; there was positive feedback from both delegates and our professional speakers. We were most encouraged by the number of young people who joined the conference, we had at least seven undergraduate students quite remarkable for an amateur community.
The BAA Radio Astronomy Section continue to have monthly seminars and there’s also a newsletter edited by John Cook that publishes observations from members if you would like to be added to the distribution list for these initiatives then please contact me.
Do watch the rag forum and this site for news of EUCARA27. We have been invited to the Netherlands to the C.A. Muller Radio Astronomy Station (CAMRAS) – Dwingeloo Radio Telescope.
